Q1: What's the payment term?

A1:We accept T/T 50% deposit and 50% balance against copy of B/L or L/C at sight, West Union,VISA,Paypal is also accepted.

Q2:Do you accept OEM or ODM?

A2:Yes,But we have quantity requirements.please contact us directly.

Q3: What is the normal lead time for product orders?

A3:Generally it is 3-5days if the goods are in stock. or it is10-15 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to

quantity, If the mold production is involved, the delivery cycle of the production mold is 10-20 days, and the average production time after the sample is approved is 1-2 weeks.

Q4: What is your standard packing?

A4: All the goods will be packed by carton box. Special packing method can be accepted when needed

Q5: Can you provide materials of different colors?

A5: Yes, we can produce custom molded rubber and silicone rubber products in different colors. Color codes are required when ordering.
